RCN Israel 2024 Registration Guidelines
There are two forms of registrations namely: Single Registration and Group/Family Registration
1. Single Registration:
Intending pilgrims are required to complete single registration form. From the portal click on Single Registration
to downlaod the form.
Images required to successfully complete the online application form are:
* Passport Photograph.
* Scanned data page of international passport.
* Scanned image of entry visa (if any)
View sample recommended image postures or Validate your scanned images for compliance with the requirement of immigration office
in Israel. Width of scanned images must be between 350 - 640 pixels, Height must be between 350 - 640 pixels otherwise the system
will not allow you to submit your registration form.
2. Group/Family Registration:
The group lead shall complete details of other intending pilgrims on the form including
the number of pilgrims going to Israel with the group. Group registration process are in two parts. Group Registration requires personal
details of individual members in the group. Using the forms for the group registration you must complete the group registration forms for each
member of the group. Among other things include Passport photograph, International passport data page, visa on
the passport, church affiliation, employment, sponsor details etc.
